I love the Open Air Shower Steamers. I do not use them in the shower. I break off a piece (a little go a long way) and drop it into a tea kettle that I use for this purpose only.
I steam my face with it using a towel to cover my head and face. Not only do I get a great facial, but my sinuses open up. I can breathe so much easier. An added bonus is when I pour the water down the drain it smells great!
